Waiter - Luxury Hotel in Dorset
We are looking for a Waiter. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the F&B Supervisor. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
Employment type: Full-time
Working pattern: 5 days per week with 2 days off
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for:
1. Creating memorable experiences for our guests by using emotional engagement and high attention to detail.
2. Being familiar with all menus and all products available.
3. Cleaning and setting up tables.
4. Taking orders for our wonderful guests.
5. Ensuring that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
6. Assisting with in-house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.
What are we looking for?
1. Exceptional Customer Service Skills with the ability to anticipate and cater to guest needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
2. Attention to Detail.
3. Passion for Food & Beverage.
4. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
