Look no further! \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConducting asbestos surveys in Commercial properties at one static location in Manchester.\nCollecting bulk samples.\nEnsuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.\nAccurately documenting survey findings and producing comprehensive reports.\nCollaborating with project managers and team members to ensure efficient survey operations.\nAdhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality results.Requirements:\n\nProven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, with a strong understanding of asbestos-containing materials and their identification.\nValid certifications and qualifications related to asbestos surveying.\nFamiliarity with relevant health and safety regulations, such as Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.\nExcellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and report survey findings.\nStrong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, project managers, and team members.\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively.Benefits:\n\nExciting freelance opportunity with a stable 4 - 6 month contract with the high likelihood of redeployment to one of my clients other sites upon successful completion.\nCompetitive day rate of £240 per day.\nStatic site meaning very little travel time and expenses.If you are a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor seeking a long-term freelance position with a focus on communal areas, this is an ideal opportunity for you.
