Responsibilities
As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
* Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
* Manage the classroom ensuring compliance with all Child Care regulations, Company Standards, Policies, and Procedures.
* Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
* Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant/toddler curriculum
* Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
* Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
Requirements
* Proven experience caring for and supporting the development of infants.
* Solid understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Creativity in designing engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and growth.
* Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
* Successful completion of a background check.
