This interesting and challenging role involves speaking with customers on the phone for extended periods, managing debt recovery cases, researching and analyzing cases to determine the best course of action, producing correspondence, conducting telephone collections, and engaging with debtors to find constructive solutions. You will need to adhere to SRA and FCA regulations to maximize collections within a compliant framework.
The team comprises 38 colleagues across various specialisms, led by Partner Robert Thompson and Director Graham Wallis. You will report directly to Supervisors Wendy Jones and Wendy Phillips. You will work both independently and as part of the team on diverse tasks.
We seek a proactive, self-motivated individual who works well under pressure and is passionate about customer service. Ideally, you are a quick learner, capable of prioritizing tasks and taking initiative. This is a great chance to join a friendly yet diligent team that adopts a ‘can do’ attitude. Minimum academic requirement: at least 5 GCSEs grades 5 and above, including English and Maths.
