Our client is a specialist UK manufacturer of bespoke pressure vessels and fabricated equipment for the Nuclear, Energy, Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. Due to continued expansion they're looking for experienced Welders to join their growing production team in Pencoed, working on high-quality, safety-critical engineering projects.

The Role
* TIG and MIG welding to high-quality standards
* Working to Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS)
* Maintaining welding qualifications and certifications
* Supporting fabrication activities including grinding, forming and material preparation
* Working safely and collaboratively within the production team
* Contributing to quality and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Experience in TIG and MIG welding
* Previous welding codes/certifications desirable (current or expired)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
* Positive team player with a safety-first attitude
* Committed to quality, reliability and continuous improvement
