Cleaner (Cleaning Technician – Voids)
£29,018 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Mobile role with travel across our property portfolio.
Includes Company Van, Fuel Card (Business Use), Tablet, Mobile & Full Cleaning Kit
We're looking for a proactive and reliable Cleaner to join our Voids Team on a full-time basis, helping prepare empty properties (known as "voids") for new residents across our housing portfolio.
This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for deep cleaning vacant homes to a high standard, ensuring they're safe, hygienic, and ready for move-in. You'll be trusted to work independently, travelling between sites in a fully equipped company van, and occasionally supporting other team members when needed.
What you'll be doing:
Deep cleaning empty properties to meet our lettings standard
Supporting the wider Voids Team with additional tasks when required
Ensuring homes are safe, clean, and free from health hazards
Communicating professionally with residents, colleagues, and contractors
Managing your own time and van stock efficiently
What we're looking for:
Experience in domestic cleaning, ideally in housing or property settings
A full manual UK driving licence
Confidence using mobile and tablet devices
A methodical, customer-focused approach
Someone who's happy working solo but also a great team player
