Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise to realise client visions, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered.

Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and due diligence of design and construction information.

Prepare comprehensive working drawing packages in Revit.
*
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders throughout the process.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification industry experience.
*
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
*
Strong technical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
*
Experience with RIBA work stages 4-6.
*
Enthusiastic attitude and collaborative approach, with a passion for innovation.

Experience working on Residential, Education and Commercial projects

Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
