We are seeking an inspiring Pastry Chef to join our client's phenomenal kitchen team at their stunning French restaurant in Central London.
Working as a team of 5 you will have the opportunity to showcase your pastry expertise and contribute to the exceptional culinary excellence. at this Michelin star Restaurant.
The Pastry Chef will have;
* Solid experience as a Pastry chef in a fine dining environment, ideally at multi rosette and / or Michelin star level.
* A real passion for pastry to produce high quality menus with style and imagination.
* Great understanding of and compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents.
* Assist in maintaining food stocks within budget, ordering and controlling inventory.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
* Exceptional time management skills and punctuality.
* Proficiency in pastry techniques
