Working arrangement: 5 days in office

Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Corporate team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support a busy team of solicitors/partners alongside another paralegal and a secretary.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide transactional support
* Managing ancillary documents
* Preparing due dilligence reports
* Legal research and drafting
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous Corporate Paralegal experience and a genuine interest in this area of law.
