Embedded Electronics Sales
The Internal Salesperson is responsible for generating sales by contacting prospective and existing customers via telephone, presenting products or services, handling objections, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
Receive and handle inbound sales enquiries
Present and promote products or services clearly and persuasively
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Accurately record call outcomes and customer information in the CRM system, followong up leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
