Overview
Boatbuilder / Composite Technician Poole | £16 per hour (c. £30,784 - £34,944 depending on hours/experience)
Permanent | 37 or 42 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Installation, modification and maintenance of marine structures and equipment
* Epoxy composite repairs and laminating
* Vessel strip-down and reassembly
* Deck fitout and component assembly
* Working from engineering drawings to high quality standards
About You
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent (or time-served apprenticeship)
* Confident working from drawings and following standardised processes
* Team player with a flexible, multi-skilled approach
* Previous experience in boat production, marine refits, repairs, laminating and epoxy composites is highly desirable
