ICare24 is currently recruiting for nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to work with Day Nurseries in the Stockport area.
About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development through fun, engaging, and age‑appropriate activities. You'll help to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan and deliver creative, child‑centred activities
* Support children's emotional, social, and physical development
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
* Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding practices
What We're Looking For
* A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* A kind, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
* A team player with excellent communication skills
