Job Overview
We are looking for two Claims Advisors to join our team, based out of our Brierley Hill office on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
* Review and assess new legal expenses claims
* Determine whether claims fall within policy coverage
* Liaise with solicitors to monitor claim progress
* Provide clear, supportive customer updates by phone and email
* Manage and progress your own caseload
* Ensure claims are handled efficiently and fairly
Qualifications
Whether you're a recent graduate (law degree or otherwise), currently in a trainee or junior role, or have experience in claims, insurance, or customer service, if you bring strong communication skills and resilience, we’d love to hear from you.
