Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an IT Site Lead on behalf of a global CDMO organization.
Role purpose:
Manage site’ IT needs and infrastructure & ensure new employees onboarding relating to IT and software needs.
Key accountabilities:
* Assume overall responsibility for site’ IT budget and generate agility and flexibility to manage IT related items
* Develop an effective and cohesive teamwork, fostering close collaboration with site and external stakeholders.
* Driving a lean mindset and establishing mechanisms to continuous improvement initiatives to be executed in line with plan
* Develop strategy and plan to ensure Capacity are fit for demand (short-, mid-, and longterm).
* Anticipate delivering IT solutions on strong stakeholder expectations in a matrix environment
Key requirements:
