Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role:

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for our guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver exceptional results.

* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to uphold high standards.
* Has experience in shift planning, ensuring adequate coverage, and coaching on the go.
* Understands managing labor, rotas, and the financial performance of the restaurant.
* Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual needs within the team.
