As a result, we are recruiting a Regional Operations Manager who can successfully oversee multiple services while upholding our clients high standard of making a house a home. All homes are renovated to a high specification, creating warm, welcoming, and nurturing environments for children and young people. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional delegation skills, and the ability to maintain consistently high standards. Your work will directly contribute to providing a safe, supportive setting that enables children to thrive, preparing them for a positive and successful transition into adulthood. You will manage several registered services and work collaboratively within a wider team of Regional Managers.
