Job Summary:
Support efficient production processes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Lead new product introduction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safety compliance in manufacturing.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Implement lean methodologies for process optimization.
Guide products from RFQ to full-scale production.
Maintain industry standards compliance.
Contribute to achieving growth targets.
Key Skills:
Essential:
Engineering background.
Team player in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
IT proficiency.
Flexible and cooperative.
Preferred:
Experience in component manufacturing.
Knowledge of lean principles.

Ability to interpret CAD drawings.
