Parts Advisor – Guildford (Main Dealer Opportunity)
Monday to Friday 8-5 – Basic £32k - £34k + Bonus
Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for automotive parts? Our client, a leading main dealer in Guildford, is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a supportive, professional environment.
What’s on offer:
* Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:30–12:30
* Salary: £32,000–£34,000 per year
* Bonus: Performance-based scheme worth £5,000–£10,000 per year
* Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays + your birthday off
* Benefits: Sick pay scheme after 12 months, free onsite parking
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing expert advice and support to customers and workshops on parts enquiries
* Managing parts orders, stock, and deliveries efficiently
* Ensuring accurate records and maintaining excellent stock levels
* Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in parts or automotive retail is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
* A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, professional environment
