This role is vital in optimising team performance, evaluating engineering processes, and driving product development. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise workload, motivate team members, and manage absences. Software Management: Oversee engineering software processes and data management. Technical Support: Evaluate and optimise engineering products and systems. Maintenance Coordination: Ensure equipment operation through effective maintenance management. Compliance Assurance: Uphold safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Reporting: Develop and analyse engineering reports and trends. Key Skills & Experience: Education: HNC in Engineering or equivalent, knowledge of electrical installation requirements.
