The Role As the English & Functional Skills Teacher within this SEMH setting, you will: Deliver inspiring English and Functional Skills lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils. Adapt teaching to meet the diverse academic and emotional needs of students with SEMH. Foster a calm, supportive, and structured classroom environment. Work collaboratively with a dedicated pastoral team to ensure pupils receive holistic support. Use creativity and resilience to re-engage learners who may have experienced disrupted education.
