Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Holiday – 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 28 days)
Location – Hybrid - Greater London Area South / Home Counties (or Remote by agreement)

We are now hiring a SharePoint & Copilot Specialist — a pivotal role responsible for modernising our data, documentation, and workflow landscape, and enabling the business to maximise the value of M365 and AI driven tools. We are looking to appoint as soon as possible.

You will work closely with our Systems team, MSP, and preferred technology partners to ensure all changes align with our digital principles and are delivered within a well governed framework. You’ll also collaborate with our Digital LABS team to support AI related initiatives, process optimisation, and ensure our systems benefit from the adoption of tools such as SharePoint, Copilot, Power Automate, and related M365 services.

This will suit a highly organised individual, with experience working of enterprise systems administration an MS365 / IT Services environment. This is a Cloud-First environment with some core practice management on-premise solutions that are hosted by TC Group’s Manager in a Citrix environment.

This role provides strong development opportunities, access to professional certifications, and exposure to cross functional strategic technology programmes.


Key responsibilities

* Information gathering and assessment to provide timely and accurate visibility of all systems.
* Engagement with our LABS team to prioritise activities for the maximum adoption of AI and associated benefits in streamlining workflows based on modern MS365 practices (i.e. incorporating – but not limited to: CoPilot, SharePoint and Power Automate).
* Evaluation of multiple approaches for the migration of data into MS365 environment.
* Monitoring and promoting the adoption of tools, including CoPilot AI ensuring they operate in a well governed environment.
* Planning changes to align with prioritisation for the delivery of agreed roadmap and priorities.
* Create alignment across TC Group with Central Services policies and best practices for managing systems.
* Identify, coordinate and lead sessions to understand the use of systems, minimise legacy approach based on data.
* Coordinate the testing, commissioning and decommissioning for systems to ensure smooth adoption across the practice, working with technical teams as needed.
* Support compliance with GDPR, ISO, and other standards. Coordinates with security teams and vendors to maintain safe, audited, and resilient systems.
* Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of new systems to ensure all are aligned with the relevant policies, standards and Technology operating model and so that benefits highlighted in this role are achievable.
* Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure confidentiality, integrity and high availability of all systems.

About You

We are looking for candidates with the following core competencies and skills:

* Proficient with MS Azure / Entra / Active Directory
* Proficient with MS365 controls & technical policies environment
* Experienced with SSO and integration tools,
* Strong understanding of systems architecture
* Familiar with Citrix environment.
* Awareness of relevant standards such as GDPR, ISO27001, ITIL, Cyber Security frameworks as relate to securing systems and data
