Reporting into an inspiring and supportive HR Director, you will be responsible for managing and analysing people data and providing insights to support business decision-making. You will manage data integrity, quality, reporting and process improvement, while leveraging people data to drive strategic HR initiatives. You will support the wider HR function and act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on reporting and data requests. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical capability and strong knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.
