Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced Administration Assistantto join our busy and dynamic Building Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established and highlyrespected company within the construction industry.
Normal Office Hours:
1. Monday to Thursday: 08:30– 16:30
2. Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
We are also open to discussing part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Processing and scanning of delivery tickets accurately to contracts.
4. Upload invoices to the 4PSaccounting system software
5. Match goods received withinvoices, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
6. Liaise with suppliers toresolve discrepancies and provide account updates.
7. Communicate with siteteams and suppliers regarding invoice queries and payment status.
8. Work closely with thebuying team to resolve purchase order and pricing issues.
9. Maintain organised filingof delivery tickets by project.
10. Provide generaladministrative support to the department.
About You:
You’ll be a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail and astrong sense of initiative. You enjoy working as part of a team, can managedeadlines under pressure, and are comfortable taking ownership of tasks toresolve queries efficiently. Previous experience in a similar administrativerole is essential.
