Overview
Responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. Oversees daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. They are talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement and development. They are expected to show up and bring their best selves every day, with a promote-from-within philosophy that enables growth into future leaders of the store’s organization.
