Bloomberg TV is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Line Producer to join our EMEA team. The position is based in our London bureau and will be focused on our live morning news shows, with primary responsibility for Bloomberg Daybreak Europe.
This is a high‑impact role on a show that sets the editorial agenda for the day across markets, politics, and global business.
You must have proven skills in TV news production including writing, crafting graphics/videos, and handling the pressure of breaking news. You’ll be keen to accept challenges, make split‑second decisions and perform well in a busy TV environment.
We’ll trust you to:
* Build and manage live show rundowns with accuracy and clarity that reflect Bloomberg’s editorial priorities
* Confidently output live shows from the control room, make fast decisions in a high‑pressure, breaking news environment
* Write scripts, commission graphics and produce other visual elements to support storytelling
* Coordinate with anchors/reporters, producers, control room and field teams to execute seamless broadcasts
* Work closely with Senior and Executive Producers
You’ll need to have:
* At least three years experience in a similar role
* Organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* An ability to communicate clearly and concisely
* Flexibility to work early mornings
* A good grasp of financial markets and Bloomberg’s core coverage areas is strongly preferred.
