Administration Assistant - Maghera
We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join a leading structural steel design and installation business in Maghera. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

* £30,000 per annum
* Monday to Thursday (9:00am – 3:00pm), Friday (9.00am - 1.00pm)

Responsibilities
* Input accounts payable invoices onto the system accurately and efficiently.
* Order products and materials to support ongoing operations and site requirements.
* Book hotels and accommodation for work crews as required.
* Manage plant hire arrangements for multiple sites, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
* Provide general administrative support across the office, maintaining accurate records and files.
* Support management and colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
