We're looking for a dedicated and confident Care Lead / Supervisor to join our friendly team at Hollywynd Rest Home — a small, independent residential care home with a Good CQC rating.
You'll be joining a well-established and supportive team with a long-standing Manager and Deputy, and a caring, stable staff group who are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
About the Role
As a Care Lead / Supervisor, you will:
* Run the shift when on duty, ensuring high standards of care and teamwork are maintained.
* Support, guide, and mentor care staff — leading by example on the floor.
* Undertake additional training to enable you to step up in the absence of the Manager or Deputy.
* Work closely with the management team to maintain compliance and uphold our person-centred values.
* Work 30 hours per week, including some weekends (at most every other weekend).
* Have the opportunity for overtime when available.
* Be expected to undertake occasional on-call responsibilities, with support and guidance provided.
About You

Qualifications & Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
* Willing to work towards Level 4 qualification.
* Experience as a Senior Carer or in a similar leadership role within a care home setting.

* Medication administration: 5 years (required)
