As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Unit Director to work closely with the CK Group leadership team and play a key role in expanding our UK and European footprint.
Based in the UK, this is a high-profile leadership position offering real influence, autonomy and long-term career progression.
The role
You will take full ownership of building and leading a successful recruitment business unit, delivering permanent and contract solutions across the UK and Europe. Key responsibilities include:
1. Building, developing and leading a high-performing recruitment team
2. Driving sales growth and revenue performance across the UK market, with expansion into Europe
3. Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates through high-quality delivery
4. Actively promoting CK Group and identifying new business opportunities
5. Working closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
6. UK-based with occasional overseas travel as required
