We have an exciting opportunity to Join our Business Development Team as a Strategic Account Manager, leading relationships with clients and driving strategic growth for e.surv.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage client relationships, ensuring strategic objectives and contractual commitments are met.
* Develop and maintain account management plans, including performance metrics and tailored reporting.
* Lead strategic sales planning to optimise profitability and identify growth opportunities within existing relationships.
* Understand client lending strategies, valuation product appetite, and transformation projects.
* Drive diversification and penetration of allocations, aligned with e.surv’s strategic goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver service excellence across SLAs, compliance, technology, and operations.
* Propose and negotiate deal structures, balancing client needs and risk mitigation.
* Produce accurate forecasts and performance reports, highlighting risks and emerging trends.
* Influence internal stakeholders to ensure contracted performance metrics are achieved.
* Act as client advocate, ensuring all touchpoints align with strategic aims and fostering long-term partnerships.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in strategic account management or business development.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
