About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Chef De Rang to join our front-of-house team in
delivering an exceptional guest experience within the cigar lounge. This is a
unique opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in expert service,
product knowledge, and a warm, attentive approach.
In a nutshell:
* Manage your section during daily lounge service,
ensuring guests are welcomed and well attended to at all times
* Provide in-depth knowledge of our cigar collection,
spirits, cocktails, and light food menu
* Maintain a calm and professional atmosphere while
anticipating guest needs and preferences
* Deliver a seamless experience from order to payment,
including accurate handling of bills and payment processing
* Ensure the lounge remains pristine, well-stocked, and
ready to receive guests throughout operating hours
* Assist and guide new team members, ensuring all service
standards and SOPs are upheld
* Handle guest requests or concerns with discretion,
warmth, and urgency
About you:
* Attentive, well-presented, and naturally courteous
* A confident communicator with a calm and welcoming
presence
* Passionate about hospitality, with an interest in
cigars, fine spirits, and luxury service
* A self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of
personal integrity
* Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a
private, members-only setting
* Comfortable working in a slower-paced, guest-focused
environment where service quality comes first
