Steer Automotive Group is looking for a Central Parts Advisor to support our fast-paced and high-performing Central Parts Team based in Tamworth. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Central Parts Advisor to ensure smooth and efficient operations within our parts department. About the Role As a Central Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in the procurement and distribution of vehicle parts across our network. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the right parts are sourced and delivered on time, every time. Key Responsibilities * Process and manage daily parts orders accurately and efficiently * Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure prompt delivery and stock availability * Monitor and maintain stock levels, including handling obsolete parts and returns * Use procurement systems (such as Autoflow) to track and manage parts flow * Support the team with the coordination of back-ordered items and alternative sourcing * Maintain accurate records and documentation for orders and deliveries * Contribute to a clean, well-organised, and compliant office environment * Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support repair operations About You You’re a detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of parts operations within the motor trade.
