Job Description
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
* Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
* Supplier statement reconcilliations.
* Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
* Credit control and sales ledger duties.
* Purchase ledger duties.
* Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Supporting the finance department with any ad-hoc tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
* Sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
