Responsibilities
* Support the decontamination and high‑level disinfection of flexible endoscopes and other medical devices.
* Maintain compliance with CQC, NICE, and medical device regulations, ensuring patient safety at all times.
* Operate within an accredited Management Quality System for sterilisation and decontamination processes.
* Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of reusable equipment for re‑issue using a barcoded tracking system.
* Contribute to the delivery of services for Operating Theatres, Wards, Outpatient Clinics, Radiology, Emergency Departments and community healthcare providers.
