Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As a Pool Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting clients during their stay to reduce immediate distress.
* Collaborating with statutory and voluntary mental health services for effective, multi-agency support.
* Developing plans to prevent future crises, all while reflecting our values of recovery, co-production, and person-centered care.
