Are you passionate about people and ready to take the next step in your HR career? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of our people operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries on site. This is a site based, Monday to Friday role. The Role: Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit interviews. Supporting employee relations, including absence management and flexible working requests. Coordinating monthly payroll activities using Dayforce. Monitoring the HR inbox and responding/escalating queries as needed. Managing Occupational Health referrals and private healthcare administration. Reviewing and updating HR policies in line with legislation and best practices. Supporting HR projects and initiatives across the site. Compiling and analyzing HR metrics (turnover, headcount, absence, etc.) to identify trends and recommend improvements. Ensuring data accuracy and compliance in Workday Candidate Requirements: Experience in a similar HR role is essential. Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems. A proactive team player who can also work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A good understanding of employment law is desirable but not essential. Willingness to develop yourself and the role by working outside of the role parameters. After a year this position offers the opportunity to study toward a CIPD qualification if desired.
