Site Services Manager
Norwich, Norfolk (Hybrid working available where possible)
Overview:
Our client, a leading national Engineering Contractor, is seeking a Site Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Site Services Team. This role requires strong organisational and planning skills to manage site works across the UK, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and according to schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage engineering, planning, and execution of site works, including mechanical and electrical installations, servicing, and commissioning.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project delivery.
* Organise 'ready for site' sessions and site works rehearsals.
* Produce and oversee risk assessments, method statements, and safe working procedures for personnel.
* Conduct site audits/visits and ensure high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
* Lead and manage the Site Services team, including mechanical and electrical technicians.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Relevant experience in site management, project management, or project engineering within a customer-focused environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in managing health and safety responsibilities and implementing safe systems of work.
* HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline, or significant related work experience.
* City & Guilds/NVQ in a relevant technical discipline.
