Responsibilities:
* Work as part of Atkins’ BIM/CAD team under NNB BIM Linear.
* Assist in delivering infrastructure design and planning projects.
* Train new staff in the team.
* Take on new challenges and initiatives.
* Develop project deliverables, including drawings and reports, in line with client scope, budget, and quality standards.
* Maintain knowledge of BIM standards and practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in developing technical drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and working in infrastructure projects.
* Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
* 10-15 years of experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM Track, Revit, including detailed work on water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects.
* Experience working in a common data environment platform and managing BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
* Understanding of ISO 19650 principles of information management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to support project teams in resolving design issues using tools like Navisworks, BIM 360, BIM Track, and Revizto.
* Ability to prepare and manage engineering plans and documents, evaluate alternatives, and resolve technical issues.
* Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements, BIM and CAD standards, and civil design techniques using Civil 3D.
* Ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
* This position is based in Bengaluru.
