HR Recruitment Specialist at Ryder Reid Legal | Connecting HR Talent with Leading Law firms in London

Job Title: Part-Time HR Coordinator (3-4 full days)

Location: City of London

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

Salary: up to£55,000 per annum (Full-time equivalent)

Requirements: Law firm Experience is essential

The firm

We are currently partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a Part-Time HR Coordinator for their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team within a globally respected legal environment.

The role is ideal for an HR professional seeking flexibility while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced workplace. You’ll support core HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

The role

In your new role as a Part-time HR Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

* Producing employee contracts and offer letters.
* Diarising and arranging mid and end of probation reviews for staff and associates.
* Managing new staff inductions and training and coordinating offboarding arrangements.
* First point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving them with tact and professionalism and escalating to the Office Manager, HR Director or Administrative Partner for HR.
* Coordinating recruitment for support staff and paralegal recruitment.
* Working in conjunction with the Director of Attorney Recruiting for Associate and Partner hiring.
* Monitoring the recruitment inbox daily.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

* Previous experience in HR or recruitment in a Law firm.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work proactively and independently.
* Previous experience handling Employee Relations cases.
* IT Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
