Role Overview
IMG is looking for a talented shooter/editor/motion graphics whizz to join its central Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for capturing and crafting premium photo and video content across the business globally. The role will be varied: you may fly to global sports events, film and edit vodcasts with business leaders, or create sizzles to help win pitches. You’ll experiment with new formats and aesthetics, and edit and tell stories to support the wider business.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
* Capture high‑quality video and stills across a wide range of content, including creative social media content, brand and campaign shoots, case‑study and credentials films, pitch sizzles, internal communications, culture pieces, and live events.
* Produce end‑to‑end video content: brand films, pitch films, case studies, event highlights, social and digital cut‑downs, and polished still photography edits; manage post‑production workflows, file organisation, exports and versioning.
* Collaborate creatively with producers to interpret briefs, shot lists and creative direction; contribute on framing, pacing, music, transitions and storytelling; bring visual treatment, edit style and capture ideas.
* Uphold IMG’s visual identity and creative standards across all content, ensuring consistency while adapting style for different audiences and platforms.
Knowledge And Experience
* Proven experience as a shooter/editor, videographer, filmmaker or similar role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing filming/photography, editing, motion graphics and animation.
* Experience capturing live events, corporate environments or brand content.
Skills And Abilities
* Confident shooting video and stills on professional or prosumer camera systems.
* Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects.
* Comfortable working with lighting, sound and fast‑paced real‑world conditions.
* Solid understanding of delivery formats for social, digital, presentations and internal communications.
* Strong visual eye and storytelling instinct.
* Calm, adaptable and reliable under pressure, particularly during live events.
* Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
* Collaborative, positive and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
* Willing to travel and work occasional unsociable hours around major events.
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Drone experience with appropriate certifications.
* Interest or experience in sport, entertainment or live events.
Working Conditions
* Permanent position based at Stockley Park, with occasional work at our Chiswick Park office.
* May be required to attend and travel to IMG buildings and meetings.
* May need to travel to industry events and work on‑site for the duration of an event.
* Normal office hours, but longer hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required when meeting campaign deadlines or during broadcasts or production.
