We are excited to be working with a glamorous fine dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. Following a full refurbishment, they are now seeking an ambitious Senior Chef De Partie to join their 14-strong brigade and play a vital role in delivering a truly exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities as a Senior Chef De Partie…
5. Running your own section to the highest standards of precision and consistency
6. Supporting the Sous Chef and wider team during busy services
7. Catering for up to 50 covers at lunch, 220 at dinner and 60 in the private dining room
8. Helping to train and mentor junior chefs within the brigade
9. Upholding impeccable standards of hygiene, organisation and compliance
You’ll be a great fit if you:
10. Have solid experience as a Chef De Partie or Senior Chef De Partie in a high-end, fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
11. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail
12. Are a confident and organised chef who takes pride in their craft
13. Have the drive to progress and the passion to deliver exceptional food every day
