Responsibilities
* Demonstrates understanding of personal sales goals and KPIs and strives to hit targets set.
* Engages with the team and drives teamwork.
* Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset.
* Takes pride in the store and maintains the standards on the sales floor.
* Welcomes the occasional physical nature of the varied role whilst maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room organisation, Manual Handling and being on your feet for long periods of time.
Preferred Skills & Qualities
* Previous retail sales experience, in a service led environment.
* Flexible availability.
* Positive attitude.
Job Specifics
Location: Samsonite, Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet
Pay: Competitive hourly rate of pay + Bonus & Benefits
Hours: 8 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays
