Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching and assessment across a range of Plumbing programmes.
Ensure all teaching aligns with awarding body requirements to promote student achievement.
Develop and maintain teaching materials, including handouts, assignments, and electronic resources.
Prepare Schemes of Work and Schemes of Assessment.
Carry out moderation, assessment, and verification processes.
Provide tutorial guidance to students, track and review their progress, and communicate feedback to learners, parents/guardians, and employers.
Maintain industrial links and professional development within the Plumbing and Construction sector.
Assist in the recruitment and admission of new students.
