ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER LOOKING FOR A NEW ROLE?
Our client based in Guildford specializes in workplace and commercial design and is looking to recruit a Senior Interior Designer to join their team.
This role requires a leader to successfully manage the Pre-Construction Managers and oversee the pre-construction of multiple projects efficiently and to a high standard.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Costing/Estimating
* Building contracts, letters of intent (LOI), performance bonds (PB), parent company guarantees (PCG), and insurances
* Design and design management
* Building services (MEP&S) design
* Supply chain management, including subconsultants
* Building control
* Coordination with landlords, statutory authorities, third parties, and incumbents
* Programme, risk, and procurement schedules
* Health & safety
* Client communication and management
* Presentations
* Pre-construction workbook management
The key skills required for this role are:
* Construction-related degree or higher education qualifications
* Quantity surveying degree or higher education qualification
* Trade qualification supported by experience in costing
