Job Description:

We are currently looking to recruit Clinical and Administrative Support based at Go Ahead House, East Croydon.

Are you an experienced administrator with a strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities? Do you have proven IT skills and are proficient in using Microsoft packages?

Do you possess excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills?

Have you got experience working within a health care or occupational health environment?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical and Administrative Support Assistant to join our dynamic organization.

This role combines administrative duties with customer-focused skills and plays a crucial role in supporting the operational running of our busy Occupational Health Department by working with stakeholders and clinicians alike. The ideal candidate will have a background in working within a health-related setting, excellent administrative skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and company policies.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

* Support daily operations of the Occupational Health Department, including scheduling appointments, managing records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals, external stakeholders, and managers.
* Maintain and update confidential employee health records in compliance with GDPR and company policies.
* Shared reception responsibilities to ensure smooth front desk operations.
* Send, receive, and allocate all clinical and other correspondence efficiently.
* Organise and attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings as required.
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding reports to ensure timely completion.
* Manage the process of external referrals to appropriate healthcare providers.
* Collate and action invoices related to departmental services.
* Generate reports on KPIs and service utilization as required.
* Implement and administer Occupational Health wellbeing initiatives and health surveillance programs.
* Act as chaperone, where required, to support employee comfort and confidentiality.
