We are currently recruiting for a Regional HR Business Partner on behalf of a well-established Multi-Academy Trust based in Middlesex.
About the role
This role will focus on delivering a high-quality HR service across multiple schools within the Trust, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide expert advice and guidance. You will play a key role in supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and people strategy across the region.
The successful candidate will have strong experience managing complex employee relations casework and supporting change initiatives within an education or public sector environment.
Line management responsibility may be included depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a comprehensive HR service across multiple academies, advising on complex HR matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management
* Support and lead on change management processes including restructures and TUPE
* Work closely with school leadership teams to provide proactive HR guidance and support
* Lead or support consultations with trade unions and staff representatives
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Support strategic HR initiatives and projects across the Trust
