The Role
As an Ocean Export Operator, you'll be responsible for handling start-to-finish export shipments, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent customer service at every stage. You'll liaise with clients, carriers, and overseas agents, managing all documentation and logistics with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate FCL and LCL/groupage export shipments from booking to delivery
2. Prepare export documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and customs entries
3. Communicate effectively with customers, shipping lines, and overseas agents
