Role Purpose: We are recruiting a Technician to join the team based in Docklands. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all technical matters related to Control Systems, Plant, and Equipment Maintenance on-site comply with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Legislative requirements. Role Summary: Critical Alarm Response: Act as the first responder to critical alarm notifications across campuses, liaising with and providing information to the Client Service Desk team. Team Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring the efficient delivery of hard services across data centres. Service Delivery: Ensure high-level service delivery and the timely completion of reactive tasks in line with customer SLAs. Collaboration: Work alongside the manager to support service delivery. Compliance: Adhere to all quality, health & safety, and environmental policies within the data centre.Primary Objectives: Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients and site staff, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed to client and legislative standards.
