The Street Lighting, Traffic Signals & UTC team are looking to recruit an Apprentice who is committed and motivated to complete the 40 month programme.
Your main duties will be to provide and support the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of street lighting traffic signal systems and intelligent transport infrastructure. This role combines technical training with hands on experience. Assist as required with a wide range of engineering duties including the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and reports, assist with the investigation of complaints relating to Street Lighting, Traffic Signals & UTC. Attend site visits, contractor meetings, and on-site commissioning activities along with other duties carried out by the team.
The post will be based at Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ.
