Solution Architect
We’re looking for a Solution Architect to design scalable, adaptable IT solutions that align with RMG’s architecture and evolving business needs. You’ll shape projects with development costs up to £10M and lifetime costs of £50M, ensuring technology investments deliver real business value.
What you’ll do
* Turn project blueprints into solution designs.
* Prepare and govern solution architecture.
* Define technology specs and integrate systems.
* Ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
* Partner with analysts and developers in Agile sprints.
* Educate stakeholders on Agile ways of working.
What we’re looking for
* Strong knowledge of IT technologies and integration.
* Proven experience in solution architecture across services, applications, integration, and data.
* Track record of delivering large, complex IT solutions.
* Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical audiences.
* TOGAF certification and Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
