Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a role where your skills are valued and your work-life balance respected? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent automotive business that prides itself on a relaxed working environment and a genuinely supportive team.

The Role
You’ll be carrying out a wide range of mechanical and diagnostic work across various vehicles, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone confident in fault finding and repairs, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in all aspects of mechanical and diagnostic work

* Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points in line with company policy)

* A proactive, reliable approach with strong attention to detail

* Ability to manage your workload effectively

Nice to have:

* Experience running a team or working within an independent garage environment

What’s On Offer

* Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (with 45-minute break) – no weekends

* No bonus, commission, or overtime expectations – just a stable, straightforward role

* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

* Training provided if required
